PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on September 1, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. at the West Cape May Borough Hall, 732 Broadway, West Cape May, New Jersey 08204, the West Cape May Planning-Zoning Board will hold a hearing on the application of Cape Lumberyard, LLC, for property located at 100 Park Boulevard (Block 2, Lot 1). Applicant seeks preliminary and final site plan approval to convert one unit into a restaurant serving alcoholic beverages with outdoor seating and the construction of a walk-in refrigerator at the rear of the building. Applicant also proposes the conversion of another unit to office space. Six additional off-street parking spaces are proposed and a variance for parking is also requested. Accessory building rear yard setback and building height are pre-existing nonconforming conditions which are not proposed to change. Applicant may request such variances, waivers and/or approvals as may be directed by the Board or its professionals.
A copy of the application and accompanying documents will be on file with the Secretary of the Borough of West Cape May Planning Board at least ten (10) days prior to the hearing and may be inspected, during normal business hours, in the West Cape May Borough Hall, 732 Broadway, West Cape May, New Jersey, by all interested parties. This notice is sent pursuant to the requirements of the Municipal Land Use Law.
