NOTICE OF HEARING
PUBLIC NOTICE
TAKE NOTICE that on September 3, 2026 at 6:00 PM, a hearing will be held at the Upper Township Municipal Building, 2100 Tuckahoe Road, Petersburg, New Jersey. Applicant seeks a certificate of appropriateness to demolish the existing building to create additional parking and space for Applicant’s use at the property located at 2170 NJ-50, designated as Block 349, Lot 2 on the official tax map of the Township of Upper. No variance relief is requested. The Applicant may request any and all additional variances, waivers and/or approvals the Zoning Board may deem necessary.
Maps and other documents relating to this matter will be available for inspection during normal working hours in the office of the Board Secretary at 2100 Tuckahoe Road, Petersburg, Upper Township, New Jersey.
