PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on September 1, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. at the West Cape May Borough Hall, 732 Broadway, West Cape May, New Jersey 08204, the West Cape May Planning-Zoning Board will hold a hearing on the application of Florian Furxhiu, for his property located at 110 Sunset Boulevard (Block 32, Lot3). Applicant seeks preliminary and final site plan approval to reconfigure the existing restaurant and add an addition to the kitchen. Variance relief is requested for maximum lot coverage under Section 27-17.2, vegetative cover under Section 27-36, and parking under Section 27.27-3. Applicant may request such variances, waivers and/or approvals as may be directed by the Board or its professionals.
A copy of the application and accompanying documents will be on file with the Secretary of the Borough of West Cape May Planning Board at least ten (10) days prior to the hearing and may be inspected, during normal business hours, in the West Cape May Borough Hall, 732 Broadway, West Cape May, New Jersey, by all interested parties. This notice is sent pursuant to the requirements of the Municipal Land Use Law.
