PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on June 4, 2026 at 6:00 PM, a hearing will be held at the Lower Township Municipal Building located at 2600 Bayshore Road, Villas, NJ 08251, before the Zoning Board in the matter of the application of CMEH Seashore, LLC regarding the property located at 1036 Seashore Road, Block 752.01, Lots 10.01 and 10.01 QFARM. The Applicant seeks a certificate of nonconforming use for the property. The Applicant may request any and all additional variances and/or waivers identified by the Zoning Board or its professionals.
Maps and documents relating to the said matter, if any, will be available for public inspection in the office of the Secretary of the Zoning Board at the Lower Township Municipal Building, 10 days prior to the hearing date, during normal business hours
