TAKE NOTICE that application has been made to the Governing Body of the City of Cape May to transfer to PSI Hospitality LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company, the Plenary Retail Consumption License No. 0502-33-006-006 (“License”), heretofore issued to Beach Avenue Hospitality, Inc., a New Jersey corporation, which presently holds the License as an active license and which is sited at licensed premises located at 1301 Beach Avenue, City of Cape May, NJ 08204. This is a person-to-person transfer of the License (for the License to be transferred to PSI Hospitality LLC). The site of the License at 1301 Beach Avenue, City of Cape May, NJ 08204 will remain the same upon transfer of the License to PSI Hospitality LLC.
The names and addresses of all persons who will hold an interest in the License are as follows: (1) Michael R. Wood, Member of PSI Hospitality LLC, having an address of 1438 Great Road, Princeton, NJ 08540; and (2) Carl Z. Messick, Member of PSI Hospitality LLC, having an address of 200 Petersburg Road, Woodbine, NJ 08270.
Objections, if any, should be made immediately in writing to Erin Burke, RMC, CMR, City Clerk, at City of Cape May, 643 Washington Street, Cape May, NJ 08204.
