The undersigned requests approval for lot line adjustments (minor subdivision) for properties located at 719-723 E. Lake Drive and designated as Block 31, Lots 25, 26, & 27 on the Tax Map of the Borough of Cape May Point. Applicant seeks approval to adjust the existing lot lines separating the three existing vacant lots. No new lots will be created and no variances are requested as part of this application. However, Applicant may request such variances, waivers and/or approvals deemed necessary by the Board or its professionals. All maps and documents relating to the application may be examined at the Planning Board office located at the Municipal Building, 215 Lighthouse Avenue, Cape May Point during office hours.
