YOU ARE HEREBY summoned and required to serve upon the Law Offices of Goldenberg, Mackler, Sayegh, Mintz, Pfeffer, Bonchi & Gill, A Professional Corporation, Attorneys for the Plaintiff, whose address is 660 New Road, First Floor, Northfield, New Jersey 08225, an answer to the Complaint filed in a civil action in which C&M Consulting Group is plaintiff and Carole Sheldron, et al. are defendants pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey within 35 days after September 23, 2026, exclusive of such date. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court, Hughes Justice Complex, P.O. Box 971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in accordance with the rules of Civil Practice and Procedure. THIS ACTION has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing Tax Sale Certificate #23-00016 dated September 19, 2023 made by Kathy Brown, Collector of Taxes of the Township of Lower, County of Cape May and State of New Jersey, to C&M Consulting Group and covers real estate at 29 E. Wilde Avenue in the Township of Lower, County of Cape May and State of New Jersey, known as lot 16, 17, Block 257, as shown on the Tax Assessment Map and Tax Map duplicate of the Township of Lower. Said tax sale certificate was recorded in the Clerk’s Office of Cape May County on October 11, 2023, in book 6679 of mortgages, page 819.
YOU, CAROLE SHELDRON, are made a defendant in the above entitled action because you are the record owner of the property.
YOU, JOHN DOE, HUSBAND OF CAROLE SHELDRON, SAID NAME JOHN DOE BEING FICTITIOUS, are made a defendant in the above entitled action because it is unknown if the record owner of the property has a spouse.
The nature of which and the reason set forth with particularity in the Complaint, a copy of which will be furnished you on request addresses to the attorneys of the plaintiff at the above address.
