PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on April 9, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. at the West Cape May Borough Hall, 732 Broadway, West Cape May, New Jersey 08204, the West Cape May Historic Preservation Commission will hold a hearing on the application of Elleven Development, LLC, whereby the Applicant seeks approval to relocate the front portion of the existing structure and construct an addition at the rear. The home will be relocated centrally on the property to be fully compliant with applicable bulk standards. Additional site improvements are also being requested.
All members of the public will have an opportunity to offer comments and/or ask questions regarding this proposal. For those who are in opposition to the proposal, you have the right to obtain an attorney to represent you, although this is not a requirement, and would be at your expense.
The file and plans of the proposal may be inspected in the office of the Historic Preservation Commission Administrative Office, West Cape May Brough Hall, 732 Broadway, West Cape May, New Jersey during the hours of 10:00am to 2:00pm, Monday through Friday.
