Unless otherwise indicated, all regular meetings of the Cape May Point Planning Board shall be held on the dates indicated by remote participation via Zoom or other provider as may be designated by the Board and posted on the Borough website hosting the Board Agenda. The Board reserves the right to give notice of alternative means and methods for “hybrid” participation: both remotely and in-person at the Cape May Point Volunteer Fire Company located at 412 Yale Avenue, Second Floor Meeting Room, Cape May Point, New Jersey. The monthly agenda will recite the means of access to the hearing along with the appropriate sign in credentials. All hearings and meetings shall commence at 6:30 pm and conclude no later than 10:30 p.m., unless announced otherwise. Unless otherwise specifically provided by law, the above listed meetings are open to the public. The public is invited to visit the Borough Building Bulletin Board or Borough Web site at www.capemaypoint.org to get the latest guidance and obtain ZOOM access information.
