YOU ARE HEREBY placed on notice that CAPE MAY LUMBER COMPANY, the plaintiff in the within action, has filed a Motion an Order entering Partial Summary Judgment in the Fifth Count of the Complaint declaring adverse possession in favor of the Plaintiff as to a portion of the current Block 2, Lot 1, formerly known as Block 2, Lot 9 on the tax map of West Cape May, New Jersey. When the Partial Summary Judgment is entered, that will terminate any and all rights to the property of any of the owners. Please be further advised that CAPE MAY LUMBER COMPANY will be applying for the Partial Summary Judgment on or about July 2, 2026. If you object to the entry of the Partial Summary Judgment, you must file your objection and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court, Hughes Justice Complex, P.O. Box 971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in accordance with the rules of Civil Practice and Procedure. THIS ACTION has been instituted for the purpose of declaring adverse possession in favor of Plaintiff, Cape May Lumber Company as to a portion of the current Block 2, Lot 1 on the tax map of West Cape May, New Jersey.
A copy of the Notice of Partial Summary Judgment will be furnished upon request addressed to the attorneys of the plaintiff below.
