NOTICE OF CHANGE IN PUBLIC NOTICE PROCEDURE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that whenever the Borough of Cape May Point is required by law or by order or rule of any court to publish or advertise a legal notice, the Borough will publish the legal notice on the Borough’s official internet website, in compliance with P.L. 2025, c. 72.
