NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to P.L. 2025, c.72, the Lower Township Elementary Schools Board of Education shall advertise and publish all legal notices required by law, court order, or rule on the Lower Township Elementary Schools Board of Education official website. Pursuant to P.L.2025, c.72, no later than March 1, 2026, the New Jersey Secretary of State shall establish and maintain a webpage containing a hyperlink to the Lower Township Elementary Schools Board of Education’s legal notice webpage.
