NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to P.L. 2025, c. 72, the Township of Lower shall advertise and publish all legal notices required by law, court order, or rule on the Township of Lower’s official website. The complete text of each legal notice may be viewed and/or obtained by the public by accessing the following website address:

Pursuant to P.L. 2025, c. 72, no later than March 1, 2026, the New Jersey Secretary of State shall establish and maintain a webpage containing a hyperlink to the Township of Lower’s legal notice webpage. Information may be found on the Secretary of State’s webpage located at:
