PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on October 6, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. at the West Cape May Borough Hall, 732 Broadway, West Cape May, New Jersey 08204, the West Cape May Planning-Zoning Board will hold a hearing on the application of Doc 1, LLC, for its property located at Broadway and Sunset Boulevard (Block 34, Lots 6 and 7). Applicant seeks preliminary and final site plan approval to expand the restaurant and construct one residential dwelling unit above the restaurant. Variance relief is requested for total side yard setback under Section 27-17.2, lot coverage under Section 27-17.2, vegetative cover under Section 27-36, parking under Section 27.27-3, and a use variance is requested under Section 27-17.1 for non-conforming principal use and/or expansion of non-conforming principal use. Applicant may request such variances, waivers and/or approvals as may be directed by the Board or its professionals.
A copy of the application and accompanying documents will be on file with the Secretary of the Borough of West Cape May Planning Board at least ten (10) days prior to the hearing and may be inspected, during normal business hours, in the West Cape May Borough Hall, 732 Broadway, West Cape May, New Jersey, by all interested parties. This notice is sent pursuant to the requirements of the Municipal Land Use Law.
